There has been lots going on in and out of the home this past week at Groveland. On Tuesday, Tracy took our residents to the Diamond Jubilee Club at the local community church where on the last Tuesday of every calendar month the church holds an all singing and dancing mini concert where the residents can sing along to all of the well known classics. The church also provides a tasty spread of home-made cakes and warming tea and coffee.
Friday last week we held one of our fortnightly evening events - A hilarious tribute to the comedy acts George Formby and Max Miller. Mark Walsh had the home in fits of laughter with his impersonations and jokes and everyone enjoyed singing along to his Ukulele.
