14-11-2014 This week at Groveland Park we held one of our fabulous fortnightly events on Tuesday evening and what better event to hold other that a Wartime Remembrance Tribute. The Wartime Tribute was performed by the wonderful Tracey Lea who filled the evening with all the classic songs from the WW1. There was dancing, singing and a tasty curry to top it off. Lee our Activities Co-ordinator also made his best efforts during the day to have Remembrance themed activities and decorated the doors and windows with poppy posters, poems and displays. We are all feeling very proud of those who gave their tomorrow for our today. Lest We Forget.

Along with copious amounts of tea and coffee, our residents are feeling new.

Earlier on in the week we had a singer come in to brighten up the dull afternoon with his old style favourites that had everyone tapping their feet. We can't wait to see what November brings...
